I. Conflict is part of change.
II. The Church is to be a place where reconciliation overrides the rift.
III. A greater value on discipleship

Content
1. Conflict was part of the early church.
2. Leaders must make the tough decision to delegate for the betterment of the body.
3. It was true then, as now, God does not intend Pastor to be involved in everything.
4. To swage the rift, another level of leadership needs to emerge.
5. 8 folks are being made deacons.
6. These people will act as in the book of Acts, leading, decision making, etc.
7. A heightened sense of ownership
8. Another level of leadership,
9. A greater value on discipleship.

Aim
As Heritage Church grows it must become Biblically in line with the God’s plan for church leadership.

II. Do you know what needs exist to serve the church?
III. Tell how God blesses you when you serve. How do you feel?
